About Us
Teambuilding.pro was founded by Markus Amanto. Being an international developer of human potential he has consulted with individuals, leaders and organisations North America, Europe and Asia since 1994.
Appreciated Speaker
Markus is often hired as a facilitator or speaker for large or small groups. He is also a multimedia author, which includes the book ”Everything Your Parents Did Not Tell You About Relationships” (this title is a the time of writing only available in Swedish).
The start of a company
Markus started his own company in 1998 and is amongst other things a certified facilitator for UGL (Understanding Group and Leadership) and also a certified user of SDI® (Strength Deployment Inventory) Standard & Premier Edition. He also har training in psychosynthesis and emotional debriefing. He has also participated in the Mastery University of Anthony Robbins.
Previous clients
Previous clients have included Pitney Bowes, The University of Stockholm, AstraZeneca, Pharmacia, Ericsson and ICA. Markus has also been contracted as a facilitator by Mgruppen and Hyper Island.

Markus fluently speaks English, Spanish, Finnish and Swedish. He can also communicate well in Norwegian and Danish.
